Developing and maintaining existing projects;
Being a part of the full development cycle of hybrid-casual, puzzle, and casual games in Unity for iOS and Android;
Developing prototypes, gameplay mechanics, and core features;
Optimizing games (RAM, build size, FPS), profiling, and adapting games for various devices;
Task planning and creating technical documentation;
Implementing and developing new technologies and tools during the development process;
Creating and maintaining tools for game designers.Creating and maintaining tools for game designers.

3+ years of experience developing games with Unity and C#;
Experience launching mobile projects, from the prototype to the support stages;
Strong proficiency in C# and solid understanding of the .NET framework;
Experience with version control systems (Git);
Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns;
Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Zenject, VContainer, etc.);
Understanding of game mechanics design and experience creating gameplay systems;
Strong optimization skills and experience working with mobile platforms;
Experience integrating third-party SDKs (analytics, ads, etc.);
Strong knowledge of analytics tools and experience running A/B tests in games;
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to propose ideas and work with feedback;
Creative mindset with the ability to find innovative solutions, including for marketing-related tasks;
Experience using AI tools for task optimization;
Russian - native or fluent (required).
