- Publishing Manager/Producer/Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Searching and attracting new studios in Turkey to work with;
- Communicating with game studios: participating in brain storms and ideation, game development and publishing, as well as document management;
- Monitoring trends and new products in the hyper-casual market.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working with hyper-casual projects in a Turkish developer or publisher;
- 1+ year experience with hyper-casual games;
- Good knowledge of the hyper-casual market;
- Excellent understanding of hyper-casual mechanics;
- Strong communication and soft skills;
- Systems thinking and an analytical mindset;
- Advanced Turkish and upper intermediate English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

- User Acquisition Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing UA team members’ expertise;
- Building teamwork according to the full cycle of purchasing traffic for mobile games (casual and hyper-casual);
- Systematizing and improving purchase approaches, upscaling current areas and searching for new promising ones;
- Planning traffic purchase, analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and optimizing them;
- Interacting with the Analytics, Monetization, Product, and Creative teams;
- Negotiating with partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of purchasing mobile traffic for casual and hyper-casual games;
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people for at least 1 year;
- Experience with major mobile purchasing sources (Applovin, IronSource, Unity Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Ocean Engine, TikTok, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets;
- Fluent English;
- Analytical mindset, independence, attention to detail, experience working with large budgets;

Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, implementation, and control of PR activities and advertising campaigns related to the company’s brand;
- Developing PR strategies for the company’s products;
- Creating a PR strategy for the international market;
- Working on internal and external brand events;
- Building effective relations and interacting with local and international media.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in PR (IT, mobile apps) and team leadership;
- PR experience in the US market;
- Advanced English;
- Ability to competently manage communications, engage the audience, and work with objections
- Flexibility and ability to handle stress;
- Contacts in the media of various topics or ability to find the necessary contacts quickly;

- Lead Game Designer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Design team (3 designers);
- Streamline the workflow and optimize development processes;
- Develop and test game prototypes, estimate its viability;
- Full-cycle casual / hyper-casual games development;
- Analyze user metrics, usability studies and competitive information to improve the product;
- Communicate and coordinate with teams (artists, developers, QA).
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Game Design (Lead GD, Producer);
- Successfully delivered projects (App Store, Google Market);
- Deep understanding of casual/hyper-casual games mechanics;
- Clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal;
- Artistic sense to reach out to the target audience;
- Experience with free-to-play monetization models for mobile gaming products;

- Lead Artist
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality art assets for mobile games;
- Conceptualize the style of a product based on the latest trends and best practices;
- Control and manage all art assets within projects;
- Communicate regularly with the team regarding the status of all project tasks;
- Work with members of the Design team to implement UI screens and assets;
- Coordinate tasks within the Art team, depending on their skills and knowledge;
- Define delivery roadmaps, meet the estimated time of project delivery;
- Provide clear reports and feedback on running tasks, team performance, and job quality;
- Mentoring and sharing best project practices with Junior artists if necessary:
- Motivate and help the Art team to grow professionally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with casual / hyper casual games production;
- Good eye for art trends in mobile, artistic sense, and understanding of audience targeting;
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Maya, Unity;
- Background in 2D and 3D art and/or graphic design;
- Good understanding of UI/UX for mobile games;
- Creative vision to bring responsive design concepts;
- Leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing/mentoring teams.

- Engineering and development of mobile applications (and/or games) on Unity;
- Development and maintenance of existing projects, as well as the new ones from scratch;
- Working on new in-game procedures, functions, views, triggers, constraints, etc;
- Building and organization a developers’ team;
- Tasks creating and workload management within a team.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Unity3D (C#);
- Strong knowledge of C# and good skills in writing effective, readable, and maintainable code;
- Effective use of design patterns;
- Proven experience in refactoring and optimization of existing code;
- Experience of work with Git control system;
- Successfully delivered projects;
