Unity Developer (Motion team)
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Unity Developer (Motion team).

What you will be doing:
- Developing and enhancing functionality: creating and integrating new mechanics into existing game projects for marketing ad videos;
- Prototyping: quickly creating and testing game mechanic prototypes outside standard mechanics for use in marketing materials;
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative concepts;
- Supporting designers and other team members by resolving technical issues that may occur during project work;
- Working with version control systems: using Git to track changes and coordinate team workflow.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
1. Technical:
- Proficiency in Unity Editor and Unity Hub;
- Experience with Unity Animator and animations;
- Knowledge of Unity physics, including Ragdoll systems;
- Ability to use and create scriptable objects for managing data and settings.
2. Programming:
- C# programming experience for game development;
- Sound knowledge of design patterns;
- Understanding of and experience with using coroutines for asynchronous tasks;
- Ability to work with object-oriented design and code architecture.
3. Language:
- English proficiency sufficient to understand technical documentation and educational materials;
- Ability to efficiently search for information and solve technical problems in English.
4. Experience with tools:
- Experience developing and expanding project architecture, including prototyping hyper casual games;
- Proficiency in using Git and SourceTree for version control;
- Basic Blender skills.
5. Communication and creativity:
- Ability to work effectively in a team, pitch ideas, and accept feedback;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
