System Administrator
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a System Administrator.

What you will be doing:
- Receiving and logging user requests.
- Initial diagnosis of incidents related to hardware, software and network connections.
- Advice on hardware and software issues.
- Preparing and issuing new workstations, laptops, monitors and peripherals. Configuration of accounts, domain policies and basic software.
- Configuration of accounts, domain policies and basic software.
- Initial diagnosis of faulty equipment, arranging for replacement or repair.
- Maintaining equipment records.
- Updating antivirus databases, installing critical updates.
- Connecting and configuring printers, scanners and other office equipment.
- Troubleshooting basic network problems
- Updating user manuals and FAQs.
- Participating in maintaining and developing the internal knowledge base.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and its working principles.
- Active Directory skills: creating/deleting accounts, changing passwords, adding to groups.
- Knowledge of network basics: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, basic diagnostics (ping, tracert).
- Ability to install and configure office software (MS Office, Zoom, browsers, etc.).
- Skills in diagnosing and replacing basic equipment: PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.
