Project Manager
The SDK Team is responsible for developing the company’s core technical solution, which is used across all game projects. This role involves working across several parallel streams: SDK development, technical R&D, and support of game projects. To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a timely delivery of SDK releases and related technical initiatives;
- Ensuring realistic planning and stability of the release cycle;
- Timely escalating risks;
- Allocating resources across the SDK, R&D, and Support teams within the framework of approved priorities.
Key tasks:
- Organization and coordination of the workflow of the development team (programmers, testers) simultaneously for several projects;
- Task assignment and execution oversight;
- Sprint and release management, publishing releases to the App Store and Google Play;
- Project documentation and backlog management;
- Facilitation of team processes and maintenance of the development rhythm.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of mobile games (or mobile applications) development processes;
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people;
- Expertise in building and optimizing development processes in a team;
- Ability to clearly set tasks and focus on the work results;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing;
- Experience working in an environment of competing priorities and limited resources.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of the mobile applications release process;
- Experience working with a shared codebase across multiple projects;
- Experience working with a third-party SDK: analytics, advertising, purchases, notifications.
