Game Designer
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Game Designer.

What you will be doing:
- Supporting and developing existing projects within the company's portfolio;
- Designing and maintaining project documentation (GDDs, feature docs);
- Collaborating with the development team (programmers, artists, animators) from the task definition stage through to final delivery;
- Calculating and adjusting game balance and economy;
- Working in Unity: configuring levels, locations, and gameplay settings;
- Analyzing the hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, and casual games market, including researching for successful titles and industry trends.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer, preferably in the segment of hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or casual games;
- Strong expertise across core areas of game design: level design, UI/UX, monetization;
- Proven experience creating game design documentation;
- Experience with Unity and Git;
- Solid understanding of product metrics and how game features impact them;
- Ability to evaluate games and identify their strengths and weaknesses;
- Experience working on features from concept to release;
- Strong sense of player engagement, game feel, and gameplay loops;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Experience using AI tools to optimize tasks;
- Russian - native or fluent (required).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Git, and SourceTree;
- Experience with analytics tools: Tableau, AppMetrica, GameAnalytics, Firebase;
- Experience working with LiveOps;
- English proficiency B1+.
