Backend Developer
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Backend Developer.

What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain internal web apps and services using Python3 as the main programming language.
- Design and develop application architecture with a focus on microservices to ensure system scalability and stability.
- Be involved in the full product development cycle, including deep understanding of business needs and processes.
- Develop and improve backend services to automate business processes and handle API integrations.
- Create and manage databases, primarily with PostgreSQL; experience with MongoDB is a plus.
- Write high-quality, well-documented, and testable code.
- Work with cloud technologies, especially AWS, to ensure scalability and flexibility.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in web development, including monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
- Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like FastAPI.
- Experience designing microservice architecture and a solid understanding of its principles.
- Deep knowledge of relational databases.
- Skills in writing unit and integration tests.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Business Intelligence applications, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
