Backend Developer

To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Backend Developer.

Develop and maintain back-end web applications and services using Python3 as the primary programming language.
Designing and developing application architecture with a focus on microservice architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience of systems.
Active participation in the full development cycle of the company's products, including immersion in subject matter and business specifics.
Development and optimisation of backend services for business process automation and API integrations.
Creating and maintaining databases, working with PostgreSQL; experience with MongoDB is welcome.
Working with cloud technologies, especially AWS services, to ensure infrastructure scalability and flexibility.

At least 4 years of experience in web application and service development, including monitoring, scaling and optimisation.
Strong knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI.
Experience designing microservice architecture and a deep understanding of its principles.
Strong understanding of relational databases.
Skills in unit and integration test development
Understanding of CI/CD principles.
Experience with AWS and other cloud providers.
Experience with Business Intelligence applications, reporting and analytics.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of React and Next.js would be an advantage.
English at the level of reading and understanding technical documentation.
