People Partner

Supporting employees throughout their entire company lifecycle, including pre-boarding and onboarding, adaptation, regular 1:1 meetings, collecting and processing feedback, participating in performance reviews, assessing satisfaction and motivation, retention, and offboarding;
Advising managers and supporting team people management;
Advising employees and providing support on all operational and HR matters;
Managing internal communications;
Assisting in planning and organizing corporate events and programs to strengthen company culture;
Conducting internal research and preparing recommendations based on the results;
Helping develop and implement new processes within HR projects;
Maintaining and updating the corporate knowledge base;
Analyzing HR data and preparing reports;
Supporting the recruitment team with position closures when necessary.

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or People Partner in an IT company (GameDev experience is a plus);
Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships with employees and managers;
Ability to provide constructive and accurate feedback;
Experience developing and supporting HR processes: onboarding, training, development, performance evaluation, 1:1 meetings, retention;
Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets: reporting, pivot tables, HR data analysis;
Great critical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Precise, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills in handling documentation and other processes;
Experience with Figma is a plus.
