3D Generalist
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a 3D Generalist.

What you will be doing:
- Working with the visual style (hyper-casual / hybrid-casual games);
- Creating assets and visual elements for games;
- Working with UI;
- Working on marketing creatives, including icons and screenshots.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Strong sense of composition, form, lighting, and color;
- Ability to generate ideas, propose visual solutions, and implement them into work;
- Experience working with UI and understanding of UX principles;
- Experience with 2D, animation, and integration into Unity, with awareness of engine limitations and performance optimization;
- Proficiency in Adobe products and prototyping tools;
- Solid understanding of the mobile games market;
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work;
- Experience working in game development;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Positive and constructive approach to giving and receiving feedback;
- Understanding of marketing art principles;
- Experience using AI tools to optimize tasks;
- Russian - native or fluent (required).
