What you will be doing:

  • Managing game development projects from inception to completion, ensuring their execution within deadlines and technical requirements;
  • Organizing and coordinating the work of development teams (including programmers, designers, artists, testers) simultaneously on multiple projects;
  • Planning and allocating resources, managing risks, and resolving problems that arise during the development of these projects;
  • Task assignment and monitoring their execution;
  • Participating in the compilation of product Roadmaps jointly with the producer and CTO;
  • Managing 5-6 projects concurrently in active development phases;
  • Conducting sprints and releases;
  • Working with task managers (Jira), assigning tasks to performers, prioritizing, and estimating tasks;
  • Holding meetings to synchronize development teams;
  • Setting up and improving communication processes within teams;
  • Conducting retrospectives and One-to-One meetings;
  • Communicating with stakeholders (producers, CEO, CTO), providing regular progress reports on project execution.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager;
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile game (or mobile application) development processes;
  • Understanding of modern project management methodologies;
  • Experience managing teams of 6 or more people;
  • Experience writing project documentation (Project Plan, Roadmap, Project Management Model Description, etc.);
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and changing requirements;
  • Experience in building workflows in development teams;
  • Ability to set clear tasks and focus on the result;
  • Technical background would be a definite plus;
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
  • Understanding of version control system principles;
  • Structured approach, ability to present thoughts/ideas both in writing and orally;
  • Ability to handle 4 or more projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work with Firebase and Remote Config is welcomed.
